A complete fleet set of B/E Aerospace Mini Pod business class seats (1009231 / 1009232 Series) is available for Boeing 777-200 aircraft, offering up to 56 pax. Ready to ship in stock in SVC condition Delivered in fully serviceable (SVC) condition, these seats feature Dual Release (EASA/FAA) certification and comply with eTSO C127a (16g) dynamic safety standards. Built for premium long-haul comfort, each pod is equipped with full recline, integrated leg rests, adjustable headrests, reading lights, and high-touch leather finishes. The units have undergone refurbishment in accordance with the manufacturer CMM. Work scope includes a full strip-down, frame washing, track fitting inspection, and complete defect rectification with replacement parts. All electrical actuation systems, seat belts, Tedlar laminates, and pod shells were thoroughly tested and inspected before redressing seat covers and foams. Finished with a final deep clean and quality check, this package offers a fully recertified, plug and play cabin solution for immediate widebody integration. New covers to customer specification can be offered at additional cost.
